Telford Dealt Injury Blow

Dom Telford has been ruled out for a couple of months with knee ligament damage.

He’s picked up a tear in his anterior meniscus, just at a time when he was bang in form.

Four goals in his last three starts has helped Stoke’s U23 side to a much needed run of form, but he won’t play again in 2016.

It’s the second injury of Telford’s season, but he’s confident he’ll come back strong despite the blow.

His absence may allow Tyrese Campbell to step into his place. The former Manchester City striker scored the winner at Sporting Khalsa earlier in the week.
