Any chance of seeing some in game management?

Stoke’s in game management has been their major flaw this season resulting in the Potters losing 27 points from winning positions in games.
That lack of in game management was in full view in the reverse fixture back in October. Stoke chucked away a 3-0 lead without even looking like making a change, in the end the change came to late as per this season. Luckily we still managed to get a point.
How have we faired in previous meetings.
Tomorrow’s fixture will be the 51st meeting between the two sides
Stoke wins 21
Draws 12
Cardiff wins 17
The last meeting
Stoke some how messed up a three nil lead the last time the two teams faced each other. Stoke scored 2 early goals and lead 2-0 bay half time. The Potters started fast in the second half with Fletcher scoring his second of the game after 2 mins of the restart. Cardiff made a tactical substitution amid this goal and changed formation. Cardiff for around 20 minutes turned the game around scoring 3 quick firer goals which you could see coming. It was only when Cardiff got back on level terms when O’Neill decided to make a sub and stem the flow of the game.
Form (last 4 games)
Stoke
Palace 2-1 Stoke(cup)
Stoke 0-1 Blackpool
Barnsley 0-1 Stoke
Peterborough 2-2 Stoke
Cardiff
Cardiff 0-1 Fulham
Cardiff 1-0 Derby
QPR 1-2 Cardiff
Cardiff 0-0 Preston NE
Cardiff have won 4 of the last ten games, which is better form than the Potters who have only won 2 and non in the last eight
It was 2007 the last time Stoke won a league game at Cardiff.
Who’s the threat
Stoke lost Kieffer Moore since our last meeting but have Uche Ikpeazu who probably causes our defence a few more headaches. Right back Perry NG will give Tymon a defensive duty but most of Cardiff goals come from the head of Aden Flint
How could Stoke set up for the game.
Phil Jagielka is a major doubt for the game alongside Philogene-Bidace who has tweaked his knee so won’t feature, Liam Moore is back training on grass but a doubt to play any part in the game as of yet. Tommy Smith though is fit to play and should replace Duhaney.
