Will it still be a Good Friday come 17:00 tonight

Todays fixture will be the first time Stoke have played at home on Good Friday, All 37 previous games on this day have been away from home. Stoke have only won 4 of those 37 for those of you that like a bet, though last Good Friday we were away at todays opponents and won 2-0
Stoke are actually in decent form at the moment having won 3 of the last 4 games, is this due to the lack of pressure now having all but mathematically secured our league status on both accounts. The lack of pressure would be ideal time to incorporate a few academy Players into first team action, saying that a winning mentality going into next season is just as beneficial as blooding the new talent.
How have we faired in previous meetings.
Todays fixture will be the 50th meeting between the two sides
Stoke wins 26
Draws 15
Bristol City wins 18
The last meeting
Stoke visited Ashton Gate back in November and were in my opinion unlucky to walk away with no points. Stoke dominated possession and created the majority of the chances, but Bristol City scored their first chance they had in the 38th minute and defended well to hold onto a 1-0 win.
Form (last 4 games)
Stoke
Stoke 2-0 Millwall
Stoke 1-0 Sheffield United
Reading 2-1 Stoke
WBA 1-3 Stoke
Bristol City
Barnsley 2-0 Bristol City
Bristol City 2-2 WBA
Bournemouth 3-2 Bristol City
Bristol City 1-1 Peterborough
Bristol City sit 16th in the league a whole 16 points clear of the relegation zone, mainly due to Derby’s & Reading’s point deductions. Bristol City have only one 2 of the last 10 fixtures in the league, but have won 6 of the last ten fixtures against Stoke.
Who’s the threat
One name springs to mind and he’s a player I’d of loved at Stoke in the past at that’s ex Villa & Derby player Andreas Weimann. So far he’s scored 19 goals and assisted in a further 9 goals all from midfield.
How could Stoke set up for the game.
Stoke have no new injury concerns and could start the game as they did versus WBA. Josh Maja’s good cameo appearance could force his way back into the starting XI though
